My First Posting

Today is the fourth day and it is also my second working day in 2006. Let’s
see what I have done so far in 2006 (Yeah! It feels like ages from now).

I had:

  1. My first gathering with my mates and I can proudly say it was a successful one. Thanks for all da mates who made it on New Year Eve aka Countdown Gathering. Truly it was my
kinda wish for an unforgettable event to start my 2006, with some drama to follow after that.
  2. Went to work TWICE by taxi as a result of 10-dayHoliday to clear my 2004 paid leave. Guess what??!?!? CAN’T WAKE UP IN DA MORNING. For those who do not stay in Singapore, Taxi in the morning is the most expensive one due to many ECP and Peak Hour Charges. However, it still relatively cheap compares to taxi fees in country like Australia and European countries.
  3. My First Badminton Session today with Heri, Wongso, Joe, Libra and Tjudin. 6 persons in 2.5 hours of badminton matches. We saved our best game for last as Wongso was on fire to  return all smashes from Heri and Joe in our last 2 points. I guess it is one of his new year resolutions to improve his badminton skills. You have done it mate!
  4. Prepared my first presentation for IT Infrastructure in China. Man … it is not the type of assignment that you wish to start with in the beginning of the year.
  5. Experienced a shock discovery of , not one but, two of my friend interesting adventure in 2006. Disappointed is all that I can say. It happened just few days after I explained to the
guy about my principal in friendship. Then again … life is full of mistakes. Life goes on and we ain’t look back. We keep our head high and move on. Forgiven but not forgotten.
  6. Kept one of my new year resolution alive, which is to keep any interesting part of my life
         in black and white.

Not bad … not bad … 4 days has gone and life is just getting better. I
can smell my best years are just around the corner. It will only get better
from here.

Wondering whether I should share my new year resolutions in here. Hmmm … maybe
not, but if you keep reading my blog, you will know what are my New Year
resolutions for 2006.
Until then, keep your head high and walk straight to the future. All the best
things are just waiting to happen…
